STEPS

STEPS was born from a common desire of the founders to focus on the Consultant and the Customer.

We started from the simple premise that to build an engineering consulting company, we had to answer these questions:

What is the consultant's quest?

Quite often it is to feel good within a pleasant team, to have simple and sincere exchanges with his colleagues as well as with his hierarchy, to carry out interesting missions while being valued by an attractive reward.

What is the client looking for?
