Creativity

STEPS encourages creativity, innovation, disruption. The very essence of the STEPS model is precisely to leave room for creativity. STEPS, by placing it at the heart of its development strategy, encourages the Consultant to promote its innovative ideas. STEPS gives back to the Consultant, often with an engineering background, the place that traditional companies have shunned to the rank of executive.

Efficiency

STEPS is part of a constant progress by associating the Consultant and the Customer. After each mission, the parties are committed to make an assessment of the skills acquired and the difficulties encountered in order to put them to good use for future experiences.
